A brick Federal house with granite lintels and sills, a transomed entry, and a later Italianate porch.

Additional context

The brick Federal-style house dates to about 1820. Justin Swift became a merchant, manufacturer, probate judge and longtime Windham civic figure whose family also had ties to the local library.
