A Greek Revival showpiece with a broad Ionic portico; the house was substantially rebuilt in the early 1800s.

The Samuel Grey / Perkins House is a late-eighteenth-century Windham Center residence that was substantially rebuilt in the Greek Revival style in the nineteenth century, showing how older village houses evolved with changing tastes.
